Plot:
Drug dealers take revenge on Scott and Kelly, who had intercepted a shipment of heroin worth $300 million earlier, by kidnapping Scott. They are intending to kill him if they don't get the heroin back. Unfortunately, Scott and Kelly had destroyed the shipment prior to Scott's kidnapping, so Kelly must go in and save his colleague before it is too late. Meanwhile, Scotty must convince a nightclub singer (the nightclub being a cover for the drug carriers) to help him, but she is not quite enthused...

D. P. Cole's most memorable
scene and/or quote:
This one had quite a few moments of equal caliber. Scotty's convincing of the nightclub singer of her fate, given her knowledge of 'current events' followed by their escape attempt does come across very well.

D. P. Cole's review and rating:
A story of suspense, "The Loser" works very well. Bill Cosby and Ertha Kitt put in great performances; Eartha won an emmy. And for once the emmy judges were right, Eartha's performance is very good indeed.
Rating: 9/10
