Plot:
Scott and Kelly are diverted at last moment with orders to secure a sample of a genetically altered, more rapidly affecting form of bubonic plague. This plague, developed by the Chinese, has been decided to be tested in Japan rather on Chinese citizens.
They have been given an eager novice as a partner which merely adds frustration to the case.

D. P. Cole's most memorable
scene and/or quote:
This story has many equally deserving moments, but I chose a light-hearted one for reasons of 'actor ability'. Scott, Kelly, and his "wife" are bickering about the mission and why she's not allowed to be involved (she's been in the business for only a few months and Scott and Kelly don't think she's ready for the heavy stuff.) She is holding a pile of clothes and objects. As objects drop, Scott and Kelly continue their talking while placing the items back on her pile.

D. P. Cole's review and rating:
It's refreshing to watch a story where the bad guys (Red Chinese) wish to test a new weapon or whatever n a country which is NOT the United States nor itself. The story is a perfect mix of humor (the scenes with their 'forced' partner and an infiltration scene...) and seriousness (the realization of what the drug is, etc...) Give it a scene to 'warm up' (for character introductions, etc) but it quickly becomes a fast-paced joy.
